As my first "action day", here are what I've bought: An AFV Club's Stryker, a Ver. 2.0 Gelgoog, a local magazine and a few brushes. I always want to build the AFV Club Stryker but really cannot find it in Toronto/Ottawa and Halifax. This model becomes the first model I buy in this trip. Quite expensive though at UML, about $260. On the other hand, this Gelgoog only cost me $189 at Oi Man Estate in Ho Man Tin.
Yesterday I also got time to open my models in my baggage. Since they are well packed, both of them are in good shape. As a result, my Dom will be the model entering the KOGM competition. The other model, which was used as a back up for the competition, can be bought to this Saturday's RMS18. I am looking forward to meet some bloggers and modelers there.
I guess I better give some explanation here. I am writing in English because I did not bring my computer to HK this time. In fact, I brought it from Ottawa to Toronto but realised that its screen was malfunctioned. Thus I was forced to leave it in Toronto. As my first action day, I was also checking out some laptops here. Hopefully I will find one in the next few days before I go to China next Monday.
